Do you have any advice on managing emotions? Like sadness or anger? I’m trying to be more positive, but everything seems to go down.

Sometimes you just need to let everything out. Bottling everything up isn’t healthy, but maybe you should try addressing what exactly causes those negative emotions. Think about,write down or talk to someone about everything that upsets you. Getting it out there should help. Good luck ♡♡♡
